What are Fliders made of?

Fliders are made from a distinctive blend of synthetic materials that are pressed together. The soft material glides easily on smooth surfaces like the top of your desk or a smooth mousepad. They are made exclusively to fit your mouse and come in 3 different styles: (1) Fliders for Apple Magic Mouse and Apple Magic Mouse 2, (2) Fliders for Apple Mighty Mouse and Apple Bluetooth Mouse, and (3) Universal Fliders for all other optical mice.

Can I use Fliders with a mousepad?

If the mousepad is smooth, yes. Cloth mousepads and mousepads that have a textured surface will not work with Fliders. Fliders are meant to make your mouse glide smoothly and easily on smooth surfaces like the top of a smooth desk. If you have to use a mousepad, just make sure the mousepad is smooth.

How do I install Fliders on my mouse?

Fliders adhere to the bottom of your mouse with a non-permanent glue-like material. To reveal the sticky side of your Fliders, simply remove the paper backing. Fliders for Apple Magic Mouse will have a small slit near the middle of the paper backing. Start from the middle and gently peel the paper outwards revealing the sticky side. Make sure the bottom of your mouse is clean and carefully attach the Fliders to the bottom of your mouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Fliders worldwide. However, if you are located in Europe, you may want to order from fliders.eu for faster delivery.

How much is shipping and handling?

Standard shipping for U.S. and Canadian orders is FREE. Priority shipping with tracking is available to U.S. customers for $10 USD. International orders are shipped for $5 USD. Tracking is not available for international orders.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses typically delivers in 3-5* business days. Priority shipping to U.S. addresses typically delivers in 1-3* business days. International shipping to non-U.S. addresses typically delivers in 5-15* business days. Additional shipping delays may occur due to Covid-19.

How will my Fliders purchase appear on my statement?

You will see a charge on your statement from FLIDERS.

What is your return policy?

Returns are acceptable for items in their original, unused condition and should be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must contact us before returning item(s) to receive RMA instructions. A refund to the buyer’s account will be made within 1-2* business days upon acceptance of the returned goods. It may take another 3-5* business days for the credit to appear due to bank processing times.

How can I be sure my information is safe?

Your connection to our site is always encrypted with the latest technology in SSL encryption. Encryption makes it difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers. It is therefore unlikely that anyone can read the data that travels across the network between you and our servers. Our site uses encrypted, PCI-Compliant methods for storing and transferring customer data. Security is one of our top priorities.

Will you sell or share my information with third parties?

Absolutely not! We will NEVER share or sell your information to any third parties, ever.

After applying Fliders, my mouse doesn't track well. What now?

When manufactured, Fliders are compressed by a machine to form the shape of the material. In the time from manufacturing to installation, the material can “fluff up” causing the distance between the laser and the surface you are using your mouse on to increase; rendering the laser incapable of detecting motion. This erratic behavior can usually be alleviated by running the barrel of a pencil, pen or similar object back and forth over Fliders firmly to compress the material. In cases where this doesn’t work, contact us for a refund or replacement.

I purchased the Lifetime Warranty. How do I request replacements?

To request replacements, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to us. Be sure to include the original order number of your purchase that included the Lifetime Warranty. Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery.
